Deborah Saliby has been practicing yoga since 1975. She started to reduce her stress in her college years and she has never looked back. She is certified as Hypnotherapist and HypnoBirthing instructor. She works regularly with pregnant women in yoga and hypnosis preparing them for an eaiser and more natural birthing experience.


When you get into a practice like yoga, it helps you to find what’s the healthy body weight, and condition for your body type. Yoga helps you to accept yourself for who you are and what kind of body that you have.
